OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH

2 Timothy 3:16
WE BELIEVE the Bible to be the infallible word of God. It is the rule
of faith and conduct, it brings real direction and purpose of life.

1 John 5:7
WE BELIEVE that there is One God, externally existent in the
persons of the Holy Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

John 3:16, Romans 10:9-10
WE BELIEVE in the deity of Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, His sinless humanity, the all-sufficiency
of His atoning death and His bodily resurrection. The Gospel is the greatest news the
world has ever received, in repenting of our sins and accepting Jesus Christ as our Saviour, we receive salvation.

Acts 1:8, Acts 2:4
WE BELIEVE in the baptism of the Holy Spirit which gives us strength and direction
for our daily walk and empowers us for service to God.

Mark 16:16, 1 Corinthians 11:24-26
WE BELIEVE in Christ's Lordship of the Church. The local church is ordained of God so believers can
corporately worship God, be instructed and equipped for service and observe the ordinances of
water baptism by immersion and Lord's Supper (Communion).
