Prayer is the furnace of Logos church, and we believe emphatically as Jesus said, “My house shall be called a house of prayer.”  At Logos prayer is the foundation of all church ministry, and we have a thriving prayer time with hungry hearts seeking God to touch our families, church, city and nation.  If you have a burden, want to be prayed for, or just want to join people who love God and call unto His name in expectancy, join us as we call upon the throne of grace.
Our mission is to follow the leading of the Lord Jesus Christ as we intercede on behalf of the lost and petition for those that need healing and his direction in their lives. At Logos, we are believing and praying for a mighty move of God, His fresh wind to blow into our lives by the power of the Holy Spirit and that He would bring revival to our church and outward into our community and nation!
Please come and join us during our prayer times as we call unto His name and believe for a great outpouring of His Spirit!  If you have a prayer request that you want us to pray for, we definitely want to pray for you and believe God with you that He will answer!

Mid-Week Bible Study

Hosea 4:6  “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge”
A Christian’s desire for the Truth, the Word of God, must be avid. A believer must give the highest priority in his life to learning Bible facts and principles. There are many examples in the Bible of the great effort made by people of God to obtain truth.
The Bible remains the only source of divine revelation and power that can sustain you as a Christian in your walk with God, so it is of utmost importance to study His Word.
Our mid-week Bible study with Pastor Dino is an exegetical, bible-college style teaching where he will dissect the Word of God and bring it to every day practicality.  Expect to be enriched, blessed, and wanting to learn more! Presently Pastor Dino is doing a brand new series called from the book of Revelation.  Come on out every Wednesday night at 7pm and be inspired and challenged by Biblical truth.  Don’t forget to bring a friend!

Our goal at Logos is to help kids grow in authentic faith that they in turn can influence the world around them for Jesus!

Youth Ministry

Ecclesiastes 12:1
“Remember now your Creator
in the days of your youth,
Before the difficult days come,
And the years draw
near when you say,
“I have no pleasure in them”.

Youth (Grades 7-12)

Our Logos Youth group is made up from students from grade 7-12. Our students are very dynamic, coming from all different types of backgrounds and culture. We discuss the topics that being a teen is all about: physical and emotional development, friendships, behaviour and understanding the world around them.  There is a emphasis put on our students to start living out their faith despite all the things of the world that are out to distract them. Our goal for our youth is that they would experience God through His Word, worship, fellowship with the people of God and have that relationship with Him that will last for the rest of their lives. With a world that causes our students to grow up faster than maybe they should, we encourage our youth to be bold, creative and fearless in finding the path that God will lead them on and carry them through for their future years in young adulthood.

Young Adults Ministry

Psalm 119:9

“How can a young man
keep his way pure?
By keeping it
according to Your word.”
Do you long for purpose? Do you have dreams that you’re desperate to see unfold? Do you know who you really are? We live in a culture that values fairness over justice, consuming over creating, glamour over character, image over holiness, and entertainment over discernment. How do you keep swimming against such a strong tide?

At Logos we are here to raise up true disciples, young adults of God. As you step out from under your parents’ wings and start living life according to your own convictions, you have to determine what you stand for. We want to come alongside you to help you understand your purpose, solidify your identity as a man or woman of God, and pursue your dreams. Our Young Adults group at Logos is designed to engage your heart, help you make your relationship with Christ more personal, and equip you to live out your faith in practical ways. Please call the church and speak to Pastor Josh for the next special event or on how to get involved!

Men’s Ministry

Micah 6:8
“He has shown you,
O man, what is good;
And what does the
LORD require of you:
but to do justly,
to love mercy,
and to walk humbly
with your God.”

Men’s ministry is important. Ready yourself for some sobering statistics. According to US statistics by Barna, an average congregation draws an adult crowd that’s 61% female, 39% male. On any given Sunday there are 13 million more adult women than men in America’s churches. This Sunday almost 25% of married women will worship without their husbands. Over 70% of the boys who are being raised in a church will leave it during their teens and twenties. And … fewer than 10% of U.S. churches are able to establish or maintain a vibrant men’s ministry. The men that are called to be serving and leading are leaving … so yes we need to reach the men!

“Mighty Men of Logos” is designed to build strong relationships between men, while also challenging them to live as men for Jesus. Our desire is to ignite men to become warriors and leaders in their homes, work places, communities and church. The mission of our ministry is to build and develop men and young men’s integrity that have a love for Christ. In the pursuit of our purpose we aim to be a positive influence in the lives of our children, our church, and the community in which we worship.

Please check our calendar to know when the next event is.

Women’s Ministry

Proverbs 31: 20
“She opens her arms
to the poor and extends
her hands to the needy.”
Many women are broken and need that special time aside to fellowship with other women and especially connect with our Lord. Our women’s ministry goal at Logos is to uplift & encourage women of all ages and stages of life to be all whom God wants them to be. No matter who you are, or where you have come from, our desire is to bring a refreshing message of God’s unconditional love to women who are experiencing challenges every day. Our women’s ministry is under development as we have new leadership in the church, but our desire is to have women’s activities that include, women’s conferences, breakfasts, community outreaches, women’s prayer and planned outings. We want to strike a balance between ministry, outreach, evangelism, discipleship, and fellowship that is sure to stimulate growth and provide encouragement for every woman, no matter where they’re at. Please look at our UPCOMING EVENTS link on our app to see when the next ladies breakfast is.
Below are some pictures of our Mother-Daughter Banquet which was a time of great blessing and fellowship!

Married Ministry

Hebrews 13:4 “Let marriage be held in honor among all…”
Married’s Ministry is extremely vital at Logos Christian Family Church. With a decline in the family unit, an epidemic of divorce, misunderstandings of marriage, we know it’s commitment and God’s Word concerning the covenant of marriage that will help strengthen each marriage today.
Our married ministry goals at Logos are to inspire, encourage, and equip those who are married to deal with issues such as spending time together, family and parenting issues, conflict resolution, God’s order in the home, and so much more. No matter how long you’ve been married… there is always something to be learned… and at Logos our desire is to minister to couples through His Word, retreats, special events and teaching to protect the family unit.
Please click on our UPCOMING EVENTS on our app to see when our next married’s event is.

Seniors Ministry

Psalm 71:17  “Since my youth, God, you have taught me, and to this day I declare your marvelous deeds.”

Logos’ Seniors’ ministry exists to connect senior saints (ages 55+) to develop relationships through encouragement, fellowship, and Christian service.  We want senior adults to know that these are their best years of their lives and we want them to enjoy them as such!  Our desire is to engage every senior adult in the life of the ministry through ministry involvement, fellowship, prayer, testimony time and allow them to share their wealth of wisdom, experience, and joy.
Every month on the second Tuesday the seniors have a beautifully catered luncheon by a professional chef and enjoy a special time of fellowship and blessing with each other.  If you are 55 or older and wondering what ministry you belong in, look no further.  We would really love to see you attend our luncheons, and other special upcoming events.
